What materials are used in Maxpedition products?
Our products are constructed from high-tenacity, water and abrasion-resistant light-weight ballistic nylon fabric, treated with Teflon fabric protector for grime resistance and easy maintenance.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location and the selected shipping method at checkout.
Does Maxpedition offer a warranty on its gear?
Yes, we provide a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for the original owner. This does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear or misuse.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Items in new, unused condition with original tags may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before shipping.
Do you ship your products internationally?
Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees incurred during the importation process.
How should I clean and maintain my Maxpedition bag?
To clean, simply wipe down with a damp cloth and allow the gear to air dry naturally. Do not machine wash, use detergent, or bleach, as these can damage the fabric coatings.
